Discovery & Scoping Sprint
Five business days. We configure your tenant, take in your regulatory surface, map the integrations you already have, and hand you a fixed-price statement of work. Credited in full against a build signed within 60 days.
- Day 1 — intake: entity, registrations, jurisdictions, existing vendors
- Day 2–3 — your branded tenant configured from the six formats, your type and lexicon
- Day 4 — integration map against the 26 systems on the Integrations page
- Day 5 — fixed-price SOW, module list, and the control matrix your counsel signs

Branded Demo Tenant
Your firm’s instance on its own subdomain — palette, type, lexicon and regulatory surface — with every console running on sample data. For internal evaluation, board sessions and investor walkthroughs. Installable as a PWA on Android and desktop.

Build
White-Label Build
The production instance under your registration. Implementation is quoted fixed-price from the Sprint; the deposit opens the build and is applied to the SOW. Typical implementation bands run $70K–$190K depending on deployment shape, jurisdictions and new integrations.

Operate
Platform License
Hosting, updates, the append-only evidence store with examiner export, and support for one production tenant. Modules attach to the license at the rates below. A platform usage fee applies on settled volume — a technology fee, never a commission.

Modules, priced
Attach to any build or license. Setup is one-time; the annual figure covers hosting, updates and support for that module. Each module runs from its own repository and docks at a named control.

How an engagement runs

Roles, gates, integrations and modules per the SOW. Each integration is labelled by its real state the whole way through.
One full offering walked end to end on test data, with your counsel and your registered partners in the room.
Platform license starts the month the production instance is handed over. Modules bill on the same invoice.
Orders, approvals and changes append to a hash-chained record you can hand to an examiner. Verification is a single call.
